Dataminr just closed a $ 475 million financing. Investors in the round include Eldridge, Valor Equity Partners, MSD Capital, Reinvent Capital, ArrowMark Partners, IVP, Eden Global and mutual funds managed by Morgan Stanley Tactical Value. AKASA: AKASA is a South San Francisco based healthcare revenue cycle management company. AKASA announced that it has raised $ 60 million in its Series B funding round. BINDING headed the Series B round and Noah Knauf, General Partner at BOND, will join the company’s board of directors.
