(NASDAQ: ACCD – $ 52.91) develops and provides technology-enabled solutions that help people understand, navigate, and use the healthcare system and its workplace benefits in the United States. Accolade reported ($ 0.22) EPS for the quarter, missing analysts’ consensus estimates of ($ 0.10) by $ 0.12. The company had revenue of $ 59.23 million for the quarter, compared to analyst expectations of $ 55.38 million.
Duck Creek Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: DCT – $ 42.23) provides core software-as-a-service systems for the property and casualty insurance industry in North America. Duck Creek Technologies reported earnings per share of $ 0.03 for the quarter, beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $ (0.01) by $ 0.04. The company earned $ 67.90 million for the quarter, compared to the consensus estimate of $ 63.81 million.
Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE: LEVI – $ 28.04) operates as a clothing company. Levi Strauss reported $ 0.23 EPS for the quarter, beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $ 0.09 by $ 0.14. The company grossed $ 1.28 billion for the quarter, compared to the consensus estimate of $ 1.21 billion.

Looking ahead to next week There is a lot of glowing economic activity coming next week and another earnings season is slowly starting, with bank stocks among the first to release quarterly reports. The profits of the bank names JPMorgan Chase (JPM), Bank of America (BAC), PNC (PNC), Morgan Stanley (MS) and Wells Fargo (WFC) are due while Wall Street can also expect reports from PepsiCo (PEP.) ), Delta Air Lines (DAL) and United Health (UNH). As the week starts slowly, there will be plenty of economic data to digest by Thursday, including a monthly report from the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), production data and weekly jobless claims. Rounding out the week is retail sales and store inventory data.
